My progress is gone.

Progress is stored only on the device. Deleting the app or moving to a new device resets it, and there is no account to restore it from — the flip side of collecting no data.

The sound stopped.

It should recover on its own when you return to the app. If it ever does not, please write — knowing exactly what you were doing helps more than you would think.

I cannot get past a level.

Chain your exits. Balls leaving one after another in the same turn are worth several times what they are worth one at a time, and most targets assume at least one good chain.

Does the game work offline?

Always. There is no online feature at all, including leaderboards.

Is there a way to skip a level?

No, but every level you have reached stays open on the level map, so you can go back, practise, and beat your own record.
